Conference by Sister Mary Ellen Francoeur, SOS

From June 16-29, 2013, Canadian Church leaders and delegates participated in a KAIROS-led delegation to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Mary Ellen Francoeur, a Montreal native and member of the Sisters of Service of Canada, was a member of the delegation. She is a clinical psychologist and spiritual director.

She will speak on the issues of women and justice for the resource-extraction industry, and offer possible responses Canadians can make to these issues.
